Registration Guidelines

Before You Register

Authors of the accepted papers are instructed to kindly go through the following guidelines before registering for the conference.

One Registration per Paper

Only one online registration and payment is permitted for one accepted paper. Individual author registration is not required.

Recommended Device

Registration should preferably be done through desktops or laptops and not through mobile phones or tablets.

Payment Completion

Registration is complete only after the final payment has been successfully processed.

Payment Confirmation

Once the online payment is successfully processed, an automated email will be generated from the payment gateway and sent to the registered email address.

Student Registration

Undergraduate and postgraduate students, including full-time PhD students, must upload a bonafide letter attested by the Head of the Department/Institution or a valid ID card to proceed with the student registration fee.

Final Paper Submission

After completing the payment, authors must send the Final Paper, Copyright Form and Payment Proof to the Conference Email.

Refund Policy

Refund will not be considered after registration. Gateway/transaction charges will be borne by the delegates and are non-refundable.

Spot Registration

Spot registration is not available. Participants are requested to complete their registration through the prescribed online registration process.

Registration is Mandatory for Presentation & Publication It is mandatory to register for the conference in order to participate in the oral/poster presentation followed by publication.
